Robert Lawrence
Senior Regional Emergency Management Planner
Mr. Lawrence joined the HRPDC in late 1999 as an Emergency Management GIS Intern, but became a permanent staff member in mid-2000. He earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Mobile, Alabama in 1997 and his Masters of Public Administration focusing on technology implementation from Old Dominion University in 2001.As the Senior Emergency Management Planner, Robert will support regional emergency planning by supporting the Emergency Management Administrator with ongoing programs and initiatives, including support of regional debris contracts, website development and GIS advocacy in the region within emergency management.
Ms. Easterday joined the HRPDC’s Emergency Management staff in June 2008. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University and is currently writing her thesis to complete a Master’s degree in Emergency Management also from North Dakota State. As the Regional Emergency Management Planner, Natalie will provide regionally oriented planning for regional emergency management initiatives and support coordination with jurisdictions, public/private agencies and organizations across the region.
John Sadler
Regional UASI Planner
Mr. Sadler joined HRPDC’s Emergency Management staff December 3, 2007. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with degrees in Government and Psychology. As the Assistant Regional UASI Planner, John will assist the Emergency Management Administrator in all aspects of the UASI Federal Grant. This includes providing regionally oriented planning and advocacy of homeland security UASI issues as well as coordinating and facilitating working relationships between multiple agencies, jurisdictions, and disciplines on grant related programs.
