The HRPDC is partnering with the City of Suffolk, Isle of Wight County, Southampton County, and Charter Communications to expand fiber optic-based high-speed internet service to rural portions of southside Hampton Roads.
The project is funded through the Virginia Telecommunication Initiative (VATI)
