The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads metropolitan planning area, has completed the DRAFT HRTPO Annual Roadway Performance Report.
As part of the Congestion Management Process (CMP), HRTPO staff annually prepares a report detailing average weekday traffic volumes for major roadways in Hampton Roads. This document also includes an analysis of roadway speed data, peak period roadway congestion levels, and historical travel times for selected corridors.
