The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads metropolitan planning area, is considering requests to amend the HRTPO FY 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The amendment process includes an opportunity for public review and comment. Per the Procedures for Inter-Agency Consultation on Conformity (IACC) for Hampton Roads, this public notice, along with the agenda note from the October 2, 2024 Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC) meeting, serves as an opportunity to provide feedback. In addition, an email will be sent to IACC members and stakeholders for feedback.
After HRTPO Board approval, HRTPO staff will submit the streamlined conformity documentation to FHWA/FTA to initiate the federal review process.
