Join us on Thursday, February 29, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Russell Memorial Library (2808 Taylor Road) to review proposed plans for Phase 2 of the Western Branch Chesapeake Trail project and to learn about the Portsmouth Boulevard Gateway Streetscape Improvement Project. Stop by to learn about both projects, ask questions, and share feedback with staff. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can view project information and submit your feedback between February 29 and March 11 and Portsmouth Boulevard Gateway Streetscaping respectively.
