Assisting localities with Total Maximum Daily Loads administered by the state
Creating Implementation Plans

Stormwater Management

Facilitates regular meetings of local government staff to provide analysis and share information
Supports localities as they comply with stormwater permits administered by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
Provides updates on legislative and regulatory activities that may impact local stormwater management programs
Coordinates and develops regional training opportunities
