Thenext Hampton Roads Planning District Commission meetingis scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 12:30 p.m. Pursuant to the declared state of emergency in the Commonwealth of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the public health and safety of the Commission members, staff, and the general public, the HRPDC meeting will be held electronically.
Members of the public may:
Address the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, interested persons may submit comments to the Commission in advance of the meeting by email to email@example.com or phone (757) 366-4370. Each comment is limited to three minutes. All comments received by noon on July 15, 2020 will be provided to the Commission Members and included in the official record, and

The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Executive Order 12898 on Environmental Justice, and related nondiscrimination statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. HRPDC public meetings are always held in ADA-accessible facilities and in transit-accessible locations when possible. Auxiliary services can be provided to individuals who submit a request at least seven days prior to a meeting. Requests made within seven days will be accommodated to the greatest extent possible. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice by HRPDC under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint may be in writing and filed with HRPDC and/or the appropriate state or federal agency within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
