Members of the general public are invited to address the Southside Network Authority. Due to the COVID-19 crisis situation, interested persons may submit comments to the Authority via email in advance of the meeting to cmulkey@hrpdcdva.gov (all comments received in advance of the meeting will be read into the record) or phone during the meeting’s Public Comment Period by calling into toll-free dial-in number 866-345-9178 after 1:40 p.m. and no later than 1:55 p.m.
