Given Governor Northam’s declaration of a state of emergency due to COVID-19 and the remaining risk, the Hampton Roads Legislative Committee meeting will be held by electronic communication means.
Members of the public are invited to address the Hampton Roads Legislative Committee by submitting comments in advance of the meeting by email to kmiller@hrpdcva.gov or phone (757) 366-4370. All comments received 48 hours before the meeting, will be provided to the Committee Members and included in the official record.
