On-line training for the Hampton Roads Regional Construction Standards is now available. The courses are available anytime and at no charge. You can take breaks and finish the course over several sessions at your convenience. The Regional Construction Standards were developed in 2002 and continue to be updated with input from local governments, private sector engineers and contractors in Hampton Roads. The Standards were developed to simplify construction and improve the quality of roads, utilities, and other right-of- way improvements built in our area.
Please consider taking a course whether you are curious to learn about the program concept or want to see the latest updates in the 6th Edition. Participants will be presented a Certificate of Completion and awarded 1.0 CEU credit for each module completed.
