We use water every day without ever thinking twice about it, but for some people in Hampton Roads, losing residential water service is a harsh reality. The Help to Others (H2O) Program is a community-based program that assists people in crisis through the generosity of donations. 100% of every tax-deductible donation goes directly to helping a local family here in Hampton Roads keep the water flowing.
Since 2012, the H2O Program has helped more than 1,400 local families by providing more than $260,000 in utility bill payment assistance. But we could do more. Every donation helps.

How it works…
Give Local 757 is the largest fundraising event in Hampton Roads. For 24 hours, beginning at midnight on May 9, everyone can be a philanthropist by donating online or by mailing a check to the Peninsula Community Foundation to support the H2O Program. Donations to registered nonprofits will be amplified with $55,000 in prizes! Choose to help a local family in need by supporting the Help to Others (H2O) Program during Give Local 757.
