The purpose of the HRPDC/HRTPO Procurement Manual is to set forth procurement methods and establish standards for obtaining goods, non-professional and professional services necessary for the operation of the HRPDC and the HRTPO. These procedures include guidelines for the solicitation, award and administration of formally advertised contracts, as well as consultant selection, negotiation, award and administration of competitively negotiated contracts.
The public comment and review period will run from Tuesday, August 11, 2020 to Monday, August 31, 2020. All interested parties are encourage to review the draft report.
