The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is releasing the Draft HRPDC Public Participation Plan, for public review and comment. The HRPDC’s Public Participation Plan (PPP) is designed as a resource for the HRPDC Board, staff, and general public to better understand the Organization’s overall public participation strategy and procedures, as well as the federal mandates that guide the HRPDC’s public participation efforts. This is the first Public Participation Plan the HRPDC has produced.
