If recent weather forecasts have you concerned about winter storms, the HRPDC Emergency Management Department wants you to know that Ready.gov, the Department of Homeland Security's emergency preparedness website, offers preparedness tips and suggestions for what to do before, during and after a Winter Storm. For example, one of the first and quickest things to do is make sure your family has an emergency kit and that it is up-to-date.
