The winners will be recognized during the HRHC's Sixteenth Annual Awards Luncheon at noon on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, 1610 Coliseum Dr, Hampton, VA 23666. Award-winning author and speaker, Kathy Izard is the keynote speaker.
